As a registered company with BR No. PV 00200417 and CIDA No. 13704, we are committed to upholding the highest industry standards. In 2020, we embarked on an exciting joint venture with Galaxy Capital Limited, marking a pivotal moment in our business development journey. This 50/50 joint venture (JV) partnership, formed alongside Mr. Mahinda Kariyawasam, the original owner of Rovel Constructions Partnership, underscores our unwavering commitment to the growth and success of Rovel Constructions (Pvt) Ltd. Galaxy Capital Limited has a significant presence on our Board of Directors, actively participating in shaping the company’s strategic decisions.

Mr. K.J. Mahinda Kumara holds a HNDE (Civil Engineering) and B.Sc. Business Administrations Degree from University of Sri Jayawadanapura Sri Lanka. He is an entrepreneur, businessman who counts 15 years of experience in Construction industry. In addition, he is a member of IIESL and ECSL as an Engineer Diplomate.He was the owner of the Rovel Constructions since 2015 and currently serving as the Managing Director in RCL and Investor in several other business ventures.

Mr. Dhanuka Liyanagamage

Mr. Dhanuka Liyanagamage holds a BSc Engineering Degree with First Class Honours from University of Moratuwa and also holds an MBA in Finance from University of Colombo. Further, he is a CFA Charterholder and a Regular Member of the CFA Institute (USA) and CFA Sri Lanka Society.He counts over 18 years of experience in Investments and Finance fields and held number of key managerial positions at both leading private and public institutions, including the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, MAS Group, and Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation Ltd where he headed Investments Department. He carries a wealth of experience in managing both Fixed Income and Equity portfolios.Further, he was the former MD/CEO of Alerics Dairy Products Ltd. He is also a visiting lecturer at Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL), Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation (SLIT) and at several other leading private universities.

Mr. Pathmanatha Poddiwala

Mr. Pathmanatha Poddiwala is an engineer by profession with qualifications into business administration (MBA in Technology Management) and Management Accountancy, CMA (Aust). He counts over 18 years' experience in the field of engineering & management attached to leading conglomerates in which 12 + years in the field of renewable energy sector. He has expertise in development of renewable energy projects from project identifications, Feasibility study, financing, construction & operation and has proven track records in operation & maintenance of project assets.He has studied large number of RE projects bcally and internationally and worked as expert in number of due diligences of power company merges and acquisitions, further he serves as CDM expert for leading international audit firm as local expert. Currently he serves as the Executive Director/CEO of the Panasian Power PLC.He also counts over 8 years' experience as a senior lecturer for City & Guilds (UK) mechanical engineering curriculum. He has strong network in the sector to access for information. He is also an active member of Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka, Sri Lanka Energy Managers Association & CMA (Australia).

Mr. Dharshana Kadinuppulige is a civil engineer who holds the Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering - UK Engineering Council, HNDE in Civil Engineering, IIESL and ECSL membership. He counts wealth of experience in the construction industry 14 + years in Sri Lanka.

Dr. Praneeth Wickramarachchi is a civil Engineering professional counting 18 years experience in Construction Industry and obtained his first degree in Engineering from University of Peradeniya and completed his Masters and Doctorial Degrees in Thailand and Saitama University- Japan respectively.He currently serves as a Civil & Environmental Engineering Consultant for the Access Engineering PLC and Access International Pvt Ltd. He is also a Board Member of Construction Industry Sector Council (CISC) and a Member of Department of Industry Consultative Committee for Faculty of Engineering -University of Peradeniya, Faculty of Engineering - University of Ruhuna and Faculty of Engineering - University of Jayewardenepura.He is a Chartered Member of Institute of Environmental Professional in Sri Lanka (IEPSL) and a Member of Institute of Engineers in Sri Lanka (IESL). Further, he is a Visiting Lecturer in Engineering and a Research Partner of several local and foreign universities. He also serves as a Technical Consultant for several construction companies in Sri Lanka and sits on the Board of NUN Engineering (Pvt) Ltd.
